Saves disappeared (Dark Souls 3)

The thing is, I go into the game in the morning and BAM all the settings are gone and the saves too, there is a folder with the saves, but it does not work in the game. The game is licensed. Prompt it to be treated or medicine is powerless here?

Apparently did not notice, go to the steam folder, then userdata there will be several folders in the name of which numbers, go into each and look for a folder with numbers 374320 then delete it and try to enter the game and load the saves, while the saves should be in place at check the save path, there should not be Cyrillic

Well then I can’t help, because if the game is installed, then the folder 374320 should be, because it stores the game settings, I had a similar problem with 1 dark, I solved the problem in the same way, although the name of the folder was different

is your profile folder of your settings, it cannot have such a folder!
Twister75376
you should have a similar folder with numbers, not the same!

in general, I deleted the folders with numbers one by one, but the effect is the same, the save did not appear (

Don't talk nonsense if you don't know, the folder 374320 is the ID of the game in Steamstore if you didn't know, and it doesn't change, this folder contains the remotecache file

Twister75376 Saves
not working in Dark Souls 3.
Saves are corrupted Saves may not work due to insufficient free memory in the location where they are located. Make sure you have enough memory - there should be at least a few gigabytes of free space. Saves can also be damaged - in this case, reinstall the game, and then launch it on Steam. The save path should not contain Cyrillic.

folder 374320 is idi games in Steam Store Iiiii
this folder has nothing to do with the folder with saves.

this folder contains the file remotecache Iiiii
this file also has nothing to do with saves.

Conservation lies along the path, which was named by Sergey77077.

I made such a conclusion, because my problem was solved in this way, do you understand?

But I, for example, do not have such a folder in userdata. I don't know where you got it from, but your "decision" smacks of shamanism and misleading other people.
