InputMapper hangs

It's just that the program works fine, but it's worth connecting the Dualshock 4 and it hangs tightly. The gamepad itself and the keyboard mouse do not work and you have to turn off the power. How can I fix this, do I need to configure something?

Well, download, install, register, connect the gamepad via Steam, instructions in Google, add the game as a third-party and play through the gamepad.
The second option is to demolish Windows.
