Improvements (RAGE 2)

Please tell me! I went through the story and at the end I drew attention to the map - at the bottom left there are four icons - money, feltrit, a mechanical gear and a fourth round icon. So tell me what kind of badge it is and where to spend it, otherwise I have already gathered a bunch, but I still don't understand where to spend it, it enrages! please help
