Black stripes (Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

From time to time, black stripes appear (visible on the wall, for example, the lara's hand), can you remove something in the settings?

Well, put something in the settings.

1st what kind of hardware
2nd what kind of Windows
3rd on Directx 11 or Directx 12 you play
4th up-to-date do you have firewood on vidyahu
5th litsuha or pirate if there is one
