How do I log out of Premiere Club on a repack? (Borderlands 2)

Good day, members of the forum. There is a repack of the game with a CODEX tablet. Does anyone know where to disable the entrance to the Premiere Club (for which in the new game there are two guns, a seeker artifact and a look)? I want to go through the game clean, without any DLC and buns from the Premiere Club.
