Flickering textures on faces (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hello everyone.
Recently I downloaded the pirated version of the game again.
After going through the first chapter, I decided to throw someone else's save. And after a while I drew attention to the face of my character, on which dark small pixels were running, and a little later I also found them on the faces of non-player characters. I played with the settings of shadows, anti-aliasing, resolution - did not get any effect. Then I set absolutely all the settings to a minimum, and turned off something altogether, instead of dark pixels, white ones appeared. The next step was to delete the game and download another repack, which was before reinstalling Windows, and there were no problems with it, respectively. But this problem remained. Please tell me who came across this.
Graphics Card - Nvidia GTX 1080ti
Graphics Card Driver - 461.72 (Latest)
Processor - Ryzen 5 2600
RAM - 16 Gb
I have not encountered such a problem in other games.
