Why was the career broken for the created player? (FIFA 21)

Subject - I create a created player for a career - no matter what position and athleticism he is - he always has 4 stars on feints and 1 star on a non-working leg. It shouldn't work like that:

1) That is, 2 out of 3 tasks for feints are simply useless.

2) The game gives only 3 tasks for a non-working leg, that is, it is not possible to get 5 stars.

What is the logic of ea here? Or is it some kind of bug with the PC version?
