you enter the empire (conquest) mode, open the arms dealer and swing it to the maximum, then you buy weapons from him - if apart from costumes you still have nothing one of the two, or you installed the DLS only on suits or did something wrong with by setting-write which dls you installed-I have all dls installed including cheat-saving where you can change high-level star weapons to dls all cells when logged out
