The PunkBuster system kicked you off the Battlefield Hardline server (Battlefield: Hardline)

Please help. Maybe someone came across this: I
go to the server, and after a minute the game crashes and writes the error "The PunkBuster system excluded you from the Battlefield Hardline server"

PunkBuster reinstalled - it did not help. I just bought the game.

how did you solve the problem? I bought the game today. Rocked all day. Now I sat down to play and kicks from the server with the message "The PunkBuster system excluded you from the Battlefield Hardline server" without announcing an error code. PB reinstalled. Everything is fine in BF4, so there is no PB ban.
