Portal Storis Mel (http://store.steampowered.com/app/317400/) - the best and free mod (the puzzles are very good and the plot is connected with the original story, it seems like it was even confirmed by Valve (but I can't vouch for that))

Aperture Tag (http://store.steampowered.com/app/280740/) is an ambiguous mod, a lot of bugs, a short and unrelated storyline, and costs 130 rubles (with a discount of 28). The main feature is a gel gun instead of a portal gun

There is another Thinking with Time Machine mod (http://store.steampowered.com/app/286080) (free), but I absolutely don't like it.
