Radeon R9 270X 4 Gb

In certain games (not all) artifacts appear on the monitor, everything starts blinking. Then the game crashes for some reason along with Skype. Also, at this moment the cooler of the video card spins up to 100% (not always). I checked it with sensors, the indicators are blinking. Only reboot helps.
What about the card, if it * dies * then why is it not in all games, but only in certain ones?
