Became in English (Half-Life 2)

Hello everyone, I have such a problem. Yesterday I purchased Half-Life with all episodes on Steam. I installed the second episode and started playing. Everything was in Russian.

But today I went into the game and saw that the game was in English. And in the properties is the Russian Language.

What should I do?
