from what I know there is a mod for "invisible armor"
and a mod for armor on top of clothes,
but at the same time armor can only be invisible if it has such functions in the config (all standard + some of the mods with fixes for invisibility)
and on top of clothes armor can pass through clothing items or simply do not align with the body when using body modifications

There was a mod on the nexus that allows you to put on everything, but it looked terrible.

There is a mod for arranging houses in the game, quest ones, but there are no Cabbots there ... So why do you need it - take the entire Alliance settlement for yourself - there are whole houses with normal furniture and concrete walls. And without any mods.

You enter - unless of course a curling iron - disable (by pointing the cursor clearly at the NPC) - will make the NPC invisible.
