Lost the road on a small\\a far distance (Cities: Skylines)

In short this is my garbage..
RAM I have free 1.5 GB, percents i5, nvidia 840m ( count on minimal ).. the Swapping has tiganul 5 GB..

Who knows what's the problem? The game just installed, set the fashion. Before this game I didn't have.. Well had, but was solved by restarting the map, now even restarting the card is not the problem..
