Technical work is underway

Why when I go on the main PG or just dial from the address bar http://www.playground.ru/ I see only white background and small inscription technical works? The rest of the pages work fine. I have Google Chrome.

the problem is solved by clearing cookies and other data from sites and
images and other files stored in the cache
