Settings Issue (The Evil Within)

Every time I start the game, I have to rearrange the control keys in their places. It takes a little time if you return to the default settings, but it starts to get annoying.
If anyone has encountered such a problem, tell me how to deal with it. Thank!

I cannot set the screen resolution higher than 1280x720. When I put on my resolution: 1920x1080 everything goes to the lower right corner of the screen. Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForceGTX 950M and Corei5 (6200U)
