As I understand it, this drama (everything before g_n's post) broke out in the topic "Does the litter need a block ???" and in an amicable way she was offtopic there, and had to be cut. But, apparently, the administration, as an exception, decided not to cut it out, but to separate it into a separate topic, wiping the mat and insults of non-game origin.
