Previously, it worked without problems. I found a possible reason for the bug: I can conclude several contracts for migration, research, etc. at once. I conclude, the AI ​​agrees and I can conclude it again, this item does not disappear from the negotiation menu. I did not install new patches / mods, how to defeat bugs?
