Relief from scratch!
1. Make the image black and white

2. Create a copy of the green channel and name it channel alpha 1

3. Click on the RGB and select the other 3 channels except alpha, it should be

invisible 4. Click the filter stylize embossing option and set the value = 90

5. The same with alpha 1 but set the value = 180
Apply the embossing effect from 200% to 500% and
set the height from 2 and above

6. Using the gradient change the red channel to white and blue to black

7. Click on the RGB and select the other 3 and save the texture to psd
8 format and convert psd to bmp png ....)

the values 90 and 180 can be different, so you need to use the
preview option and check if everything is displayed correctly

Update:
dk009 set the
height from 3 to 5, percent from 250, if you want some relief details to stand out strongly, put 500
today at 16:27
dk009
for the green channel, the angle is 90, for alpha channel 180
today at 16:28
dk009
and it is advisable to take the texture of the relief of the original suit, clean it of unnecessary details, leave only the muscles
today at 16:29
dk009
add it in 2 layers to the texture of the suit itself, put the suit layer above the relief layer
today at 16 : 30
dk009
and on the suit layer set the blending mode to overlap (the blending mode is line above the layers)
dk009
and after that make a relief from the resulting texture
today at 16:32
dk009
and yes, when you take a relief texture, take not its orange version, but the green version or the alpha channel, so that it is gray, otherwise the overlap will not work
