Multiplayer campaign bug (Total War: Warhammer)

We are rolling a network campaign with a friend, chaos appeared on move 52. And on the same move, neither he nor I can do anything - as if the move is not his and not mine. The campaign was restarted several times, to no avail.
Maybe someone knows the treatment?
