Acceleration does not work and game time stands still (Hearts of Iron 4)

In general, such a problem.
I downloaded and installed the HOI4 repack.
I started training, everything is fine, but when it came to lifting the pause, something went wrong. In short, I release the pause, the acceleration does not work anymore, the game time stands still. After that I can't even leave the game, the buttons are activated, but there are no changes.
What could be the problem?

sometimes the same crashes for me .. mainly at the moment when the world aftermath my action leads .. it seems that the same hardware is not bad :(
