Animated portrait bugs (Dota 2)

People, help me solve the problem. After the updates, animated portraits of heroes began to be bugged. Moreover, in the "Heroes" section everything is fine, but the game itself has a jamb with animation. Reinstalling the pillbox, steam, firewood and everything else did not help. Video card Radeon HD 6670 1 Gb. Previously, everything was normal, but now it is like this:

If, for example, give Tini's ult to other heroes, then the animated portrait will disappear altogether)))
