The game crashes while loading a save. (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

It all started with the fact that I decided to transfer it to ssd, I transferred the game, but it was not there, it crashed when I loaded into the save, then I took all the actions on this problem in the origin's FAQ, they say, delete the autosaves and the last save , well, it didn't help either, then I transferred it back to hdd, but the problem remained, I did everything again, but nothing helped, maybe I'm doing something wrong? God help me with this "wonderful" game.
