How to get AI to use mods? (Supreme Commander)

you put the enabler mod (to activate mods in the campaign), then the blitzkrieg mod (which gives a significant reduction in the construction time) and you rejoice, because the chips of this mod are also available to the computer ........... but there is one BUT !! this thing will go ONLY on the add-on ..... forged alliance .......
