Mass Fusion (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone.
Guys, such a question. Technician Tom from the subway sent me to install MILA in Mass Fusion. I cleaned everything up on the lower levels. There are 2 elevators downstairs, both require some kind of key card. I avoided everything up and down, there is no this card anywhere. Tell me, a glitch, or am I just blind and just can't see it?

Start playing the story for the Brotherhood or the Institute and you will find it.

The map is just on the roof, and there are several ways to get there:
The main quest for the institute or for the brotherhood. Quest "Mass Fusion"
Either complete the game as minutemans, brotherhood or subway. In the end you will find yourself on the roof of Mass Fusion
