How to destroy an obstacle? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Found a place of power, but it is somewhere underground. I did not find any caves or secret passages. I found only a rock, but I don't know how to interact with it. Doesn't react to signs, bombs and swords.

right there you need an eye of nehalena, you will probably get it in the next quest
