Your idea just goes against the principles of the game and especially the TK, the developers wanted exactly this TK, the whole plot is on it. If you remove pvp TZ from there, it will become a boring dull place for farming, as well as the game itself
The new zones from the paid add-on are just PvE. Run to your health - the players will not kill you. Chests with green gear are available.
And what for do we need a new territory for TK, if TK so everyone does not like it, judging by the comments here and on the official forum?
