Bug in Part 1 Memory 2 (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Hello. I played AC Unity and ran into a problem: I run after a dude from prison (the game lags a lot at this moment) I run to a place with a gate and this person stands there stupidly (it is written to follow him). He interrupted all the guards, tried to climb like this, but nothing helped. Plz help
