On-Screen Hints (Batman: Arkham Knight)
I don’t understand in any way whether it is possible to turn off the hints, the inscription is very infuriating, press a, a, the hook amplifier. Maybe somewhere in the files you can chop off?

settings exist, but the brains of people with similar comments do not, I personally went into the settings and did not find such an option

if there is no option in the interface, then do not disable it in any way

If I'm not mistaken, you can turn on / off hints in the improvements menu
