Hangs in the controller, but not displayed (Total War: Attila)

Hello everyone. Faced a problem that I had never encountered before. I tried to find a solution on the Internet, but people who wrote about the same problem did not solve it either. What is the point. I decided to play games of the Total War series. When launching Attila Total War and Rome 2 Total War, the game starts and hangs in the task manager, but the desktop is on the screen. I tried updating drivers, reinstalling, disabling antivirus software, and so on. But nothing. After that I decided to try to install Shogun 2 Total War. Here it is already a little different. Also the desktop, the game hangs in the task manager, but the game cursor is displayed and the screensaver sounds are on. Attempting to deploy in any way doesn't work. All of these problems do not affect all games. Let's say Dota 2 is easy to launch. And the above games used to run and work without problems. Hope for help with the question.
