FPS does not rise above 50 (Call of Duty: Warzone)

AMD FX-8350 Eight Core
GTX 1060 6gb
16gb RAM
Why is the maximum fps in the game 50? Judging by the recommended requirements, it should go at least 60. Maybe what's the problem?

According to your requirements, a computer for a minimum wage of 30 fps is only suitable, be glad that at least 50.

Maybe you don't have a monitor, but a TV set at 50Hz.

Because the FX-8350 is 4/8 (there are no 8 cores). The processor is extremely weak today, it needs to be driven. The processor needs high frequency RAM. In the video, everything is shown and told. You will win a little, maybe those 10 frames.
Spoiler
2500k is more powerful than it. The FX in this game is loaded with 70% +, which means it is already overloaded. This is an office, and nothing really today, as in the case of 2500 will be, but the second pulls even 60+.
And no, it almost falls short of the requirements with such a percentage.
Stream 2500k - 400
Stream 8350 - 240. And the presence of SMT (streams). Parallelization of threads is not a game technology, but a working one. IPC and frequency are the basis for the best performance in the game, and it is the same today.
