How do I remove the black border? (Doom (2016))

FullHD screen, at 1920x1080 everything is fine, I lower the resolution - the picture is in a black frame (although the aspect ratio is 16: 9 as well). Tell me how to solve

if you lowered it to 720p, then the frame most likely cannot be removed, try 1336x768

What are the graphics settings? Look at rendering, the frame appears on 3 variations

The problem has been resolved. It wasn't about the game itself. I changed the settings of the video card (GPU scaling and scaling mode) and everything became normal. Thank you all for the advice;)
