Should I take GoW UE with such a video card? (Gears of War)

In short, I'm thinking of taking Gears of War Ultimate Edition in the Windows Store, but the minimum salaries indicate gtx 650 ti, and I have gtx 560 ti 2gb.
Does it make sense to buy the game? Forza Motosport 6 Apex, for example, I can't install at all (the button in the store is not active), but the buy button is active for both gow ue and quantum break.
And one more small question, in ws there is an opportunity to return the money if I am not satisfied with the game for some reason?
