FPS drops (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
No matter how I twist the settings, the fps does not rise above 30, only the opposite becomes lower in the process, do I have one such problem?Prots-Intel Core i7-4700MQ
(4 cores / 8 threads, 2.4 / 3.4 GHz, 6 MB L3, 47 W)
Video-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M (3 GB GDDR5)
RAM-32 giga

This is an optimization, for some reason the settings on FPS have practically no effect at all. But if the resolution is underestimated, the increase in FPS is significant. So I have 35-45 fps on gtx660, i5 3470, 8gb ram at a resolution of 1920x1080, and 60-70 on 1280x1024. Medium-high settings.

Just one friend writes this:
Optimization was brought in, on a laptop with 12 gigs of RAM, 850 nvidia m, 4 giga, it flies stably at high, 55-60 fps, but with the garbage from nvidia turned off, some sagging starts with it,
On such a system, it should not fall below 45 on high. I myself have a GTX 770, i5-4670k and 16 gigs of RAM, plus I overclocked the card a little (50 in the core and 180 in memory, which gave +7 FPS). Now stable at 45-60 FPS at ultra-high.
If the driver is 352, roll back to 350, the new one is buggy.

I just do not understand what is happening, then 50 fps gives out, then drops sharply to 20, what's wrong with this game ??

Well, tell me 60-70 fps at 660, or do you also measure it by eye like some?
People I have such a problem I have a game with very low fps 5-10 and no more here is my config: core i3-2350m, 4gb, nvidia gt630m 2 gb. it is directly impossible to play and the settings that the average and the low are the same. I also turned off the grass and everything else ... I also drove the drivers to the past and exhibited fresh ones as well ... and it is also interesting that I saw that people were running at the minimum and average in them was from 20 to 30 fps ...
I7 2600k 3.40GHz, geforce 660 ti 2gb, 8gb RAM.
Fps creeps terribly. Even when it rises to 40-60, the mouse and movements of the game still freeze (as with 10-15 fps). There are almost no differences from the minimum and maximum settings.
Are there any solutions?

Did you see what I wrote? At what resolution do I have 60-70 fps, and I did not write that it is on ultra settings. And the FPS counter can be turned on in the incentive.

You have the same system as me with patch 1.03. the game has become a little more stable.
Basically, to make it playable, you need to set the distance of drawing vegetation to low, textures can be left at high, put everything else on medium and 1600x900 resolution and it will become possible to play.
And such a question, how did you achieve that you get 50 fps, what settings did you use?
And yes, look at the site of notbooks, there you will see that the GTX850 produces maximum fps only at medium-low settings.

I can even throw off screenshots, with a resolution of 1280x1024. I just don't know how to attach it so that you can open the picture in full size, it's just that the FPS counter is small in the incentive, it will probably not be visible.
PS With the same resolution, only in large cities there are drawdowns, for example, in Novigrad up to 45-50 sags, in open areas 60-70 as he said.
