At first I chose to shoot, then ride on horseback, and immediately after the dialogue, I am already on horseback on the Roach and the route is shown on the map. And Roach doesn't move! Stands still rooted to the spot. So I can't open the quick menu of signs, drink potions, and so on. The roach just stands rooted to the spot and does not move. Maybe someone flew or collided?
