Party problem (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

We cannot play with a friend in a party, finds different teams. How to fix it?
PS Even the day before yesterday everything was fine, but since yesterday we can't play. In the anti-terror regime we can, but in the rating or normal regime not.
