Will it work on my PC (Fallout 4)

Help. Will my PC work (even if it is 1-2 fps): Intel Pentium CPU G2020 @ 2.9 GHz, RAM 4 Gb 2 cores, Video adapter type: Intel HD Graphics Total size of available video adapter memory 1696 MB DirectX version: 10. If this is not possible, will more Ram (8 Gb) help me?

You have a bigger problem with vidyuha. The RAM can be covered with a swap file, and then relatively. Theoretically, you can still dig into the ini file and drive everything into very low parameters. But playing what comes out of it will most likely be a nightmare. Although, no one bothers to try.)
