Game problem! (Saw: The Video Game)

Good day. I faced such problem. I installed the game with the Russian language on windows 7, it went fine, but until I got to the point where the syringes are in the toilet. Does not show the text of prompts on plates and on subsequent prompts. Who can help, otherwise I can not complete the game. Thank you in advance!
