Eh, in the third part there was something similar, nothing helped. Alternatively, try throwing the saves onto a USB flash drive, reinstalling the game, and throwing the saves back, but it's unlikely, because the save slot itself is damaged.

In the folder where the saves are, manually deleted the broken save and it will start from the previous one. It helped me, and as an option, run the game several times in a row and it can go to the previous save itself.
