Intel Bluetooth Service View

They gave me wireless bluetooth headphones (SB-160). The headphones themselves are working, my laptop sees them, but I can't use them, because "the Intel Bluetooth Service View program has stopped working." In services, I turned on everything related to bluetooth and intel, but it did not help. So what to do?
