In-game video (Mirror's Edge Catalyst)

Does anyone have a video freeze in the game? The bottom line is that video (along with sound) slows down at intervals of 2-5 seconds for 0.5-1 seconds. In the game itself, everything is fine. Tell me what is the problem?

this is not the case! turn off the ver.syn and remove the game from windowed mode. It helped me
