Live update is no longer available (Pro Evolution Soccer 2016)

Please tell me why after six months of normal play in Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 (purchased from the PS Store) for the last month, when you try to update it, a message pops up that the online update is now unavailable? The physical state of the players is not updated (permanently green arrows). Everything else is updated.
