Launch parameters
You can specify launch parameters for the game in the steam. To do this, go to the library, right-click on Arma 3> Properties> Set launch parameters and enter the required parameters.
ARMA Optimization 3 - 1
-enableHT - enables Hyper-Threading technology (a list of CPUs that support this feature can be found on the Intel website). This option can be written as –cpuCount, but if you require all kernels then use –enableHT instead of –cpuCount. This command can help smooth out frame time by setting the game to a value that tells you how many cores and threads to load.
-malloc = - this command allows you to use a memory allocator (more about this technology). Significantly affects both the performance and stability of the game (List of allocators)
-maxMem = - set the value to 2047, because Arma 3 uses from 512 MB to 1535 MB of RAM by default, because Arma 3 is an x32 bit application.
* From the translator: I draw your attention that if you put a value over 2047, it simply will not work and most likely everything will return to the 512-1535MB range.
-maxVram = - This option will tell Arma how much GPU memory it can use. The minimum value is 128 (at the hardware level).
