Bug ability \ "Devastating blows \" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I discovered a new ability in the "Skills" tab in the leveling, called "Devastating blows" (third line, in the middle). The description of the ability reads: "A powerful attack consumes one point of adrenaline. Each hit reduces the enemy's energy level to 0".
I try to use this ability in a tournament, against five knights, but nothing happens. Adrenaline points are not even wasted! What could be the problem?? This is a bug, if yes, then just me ?? Can someone try and unsubscribe! Or was this ability simply not translated correctly?
In general, I propose to write here about "not correct" or "not working" new skills, so it will be easier to look for them!
