Crashes when changing graphics settings (Apex Legends)

this error appears

crashes in the session, a few minutes after the start of the match, than in training normally
and as it turns out if you want to change the graphics settings.
was this garbage at all?

OK, I found. Need to find a file videoconfig.txt C:\Users\*Your user*\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local
and find the line:
setting.shadow_enable 1
and simply change the value to 0
