Should I take Palit GeForce GTX 960 JetStream 4Gb

I now have a Palit GeForce GTX 560 Ti video card and a monitor with a resolution of 1280x1024. Should you take Palit GeForce GTX 960 JetStream 4Gb? Or is it better to save up for 980 Ti and buy a full HD monitor?

No, take the gtx 1070 or wait for the 1060-1060ti.

For 1280x1024 and GTX 960, that's enough. But if there is an opportunity to purchase a more expensive configuration, then use it, of course.
You can also buy a GTX 970 instead of a bundle of GTX 980 Ti + Full HD and add the saved money to a 2560x1440 monitor. The GTX 970 does a great job at this resolution.

ahahaha 2 980ti can do just fine.

the monitor is better to buy. because its format is outdated. and the resolution is low. modern games are usually equipped with more or less clear textures, the detail has increased, so games will look better on full CD. at low resolution yes, probably the mattress is not a boyar half of the grafon will simply not be visible.

with GTX 970 at high settings, you can safely play all games with high frame rates. Here 4K will be too tough for her, yes. Although it will even master 4K, if you do not twist heavy anti-aliasing and set a high preset. I use these tricks with my GTX 750 Ti and don't complain about performance.

it is better to wait and take 1070. and look at your percent, if it makes sense at all to put a strong video card.
ZY I generally have 760 with 2GB. I play all the latest games calmly at 1920x1080. the settings are medium-high.

Correct percent should have been specified

It all depends on the rest of the components (processor and power supply), about which you have not written anything, so I will answer in general: if the percentage. and the power supply will pull the system from the 980 Ti, then save for it, and if not, take the 960, or change the rest of the hardware, but that's a completely different story.

percent should pull the 980 Ti, although the 970 configuration is enough for a full HD monitor.

will not cope, unless you have to cut down anti-aliasing and reduce some graphics parameters ..

Better then, save up for a GTX 1070 + FullHD monitor. 980 now makes no sense to buy.

it makes no sense to take a monitor with a resolution of 2560x1440, there are no cards that cope with this resolution with dignity (GTX1080 cannot cope with it). And if you think about it, then with the release of new series of cards, game developers will improve the image quality in new games, then ...
If you take that Full HD

why such statements? 980TI / 1080 level cards are just the best choice for this resolution.
