Experience gone negative (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I pumped up to level 70, and then suddenly it became -18000/2000 (I'm playing a new game + on ps4). Now I'm afraid that I won't be able to play blood and wine normally because of this bug. If someone comes across, please answer.

Now you will not be able to update the lvl anymore, find the save where this bug is not yet present.

I had the same story: I took cap 70, KiV came out, and my experience turned out to be -2000 2000, and keeping with level 69 is very far away, so I swung like that, in principle I turned out -1 level, but it's not as scary as by you.
