I did this - turned off synchronization in uplay and deleted the save folders (both in the uplay folder and on the "c" drive (the folder itself was hidden)), then I started a new game. after the first save, I turned on the synchronization again.

Turn off the Internet and delete the saves, start a new game, reach the save and you can turn the Internet back on. Then, when choosing saves, take it from your computer, and not from the cloud, and you will be happy.
