No level 4 traders, Riley and Scriptor. (Fallout 4)
Riley was not invited to the settlement at the first meeting, there is no Scriptor at all, the console commands to move to them or turn around do not give anything. Could they have been killed? If so, how do you restore them? And is there such a possibility at all?4 Comments

[UPD] Teleport to the base, where his place of "work" (stall) will be located, open the console, write prid (ref id of the merchant) in the console (without brackets). For example, in the case of the Scriptor, this is prid 0010d56d, and then we register moveto player, close the console.
