Can't Drink Cleansing Potion (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The cleansing potion after installing it on the quick access panel (in the food and elixirs slots) does not appear on the main game screen on the specifically bind key, when pressing this key, skills are not discarded, I tried all the binds. All potions work fine except for cleansing.

Click on it in your inventory and press E (y)
